The "Agenda 22" as the instrument of creation of the strategy of operational program s of social Policy

During the project’s realization the instrument enabling local authorities to create the strategy of the programs of resolving social problems will be created, as the equalization of the disabled peoples’ rights will be taken into consideration. This instrument will be based on UN 22 Standard Rules.

This method is to be as simple as possible in implementation, moreover is to be fitted to Polish standards.

The instrument created by the team of TUS Foundation will be introduced as the pilot and tested in chosen autonomies. Consequently the verified and prepared project will be widely promoted among the local authorities as well as organizations working on the strategies of resolving the social problems.

The project will be realized since September 2008 until October 2010.
